Trupul este vehiculul identității tale absolute - sinele, cu ambele lui învelișuri asociate: sufletul, sau principiul emoțional, și conștiința, sau principiul mental.
Trupul se naște, îmbătrânește și moare dar sinele va exista atât cât va fi Universul.
Prin urmare nu vă atașați de acest obiect numit trup; îngrijiți-l cu toată atenția voastră pentru că vă oferă posibilitatea să admirați individual frumusețile Universului dar gândiți-vă în permanență cum să faceți pentru a obține unul mai performant și mai rezistent, prin care libertatea și amintirea momentelor magice din viață să se prelungească semnificativ.
Acesta este modul de a gândi al CER-ilor.

The body is the vehicle...

The body is the vehicle of your absolute identity - the self, with its two associated shells: the soul, or emotional principle, and the consciousness, or mental principle.
The body is born, grows old and dies but the self will exist as long as the Universe exists.
Therefore do not attach yourself to this object called the body; care for it with all your attention because it gives you the opportunity to individually admire the beauties of the Universe but constantly think about how to make it better and more resilient, through which the freedom and memory of the magical moments of life can be significantly prolonged.
This is the CER way of thinking.
