(în română, mai jos) The CERs, Children of the Energetic Kingdom, see the world through a clear lens: there are two types of “drugs” that hold us captive. First-degree drugs—heroin, cocaine, and the like—are universally recognized as harmful. But second-degree drugs—meat, eggs, dairy, caffeinated drinks, refined sugar, alcohol, and tobacco—are often seen as “innocent pleasures” or even “essential foods.” An ordinary person, rooted in daily life, might object: “How can we call these foods drugs? They’re sources of nutrients and moments of joy! Without them, what soothes our stress? What brings us together around the table, nurturing communion and understanding?” The CERs’ response is firm yet hopeful: by letting go of these so-called “pleasures,” humanity discovers cleaner, higher, more radiant alternatives.
